Order Issues, Refunds & Replacements -

Because our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not accept traditional returns. However, we are happy to assist with refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

* You received a damaged item

* You received the wrong item

* The item has a manufacturing defect

* Your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipment (excluding delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect address provideded


Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

* Shipping times may range from 10–60 business days

*Tracking updates may be delayed or limited

* Customs delays are outside of our control
